Turnkey Housing

Your vision. Our expertise. Delivered complete.

We manage the full process — from initial design and engineering to a finished, move-in ready building. No matter where you are in the process, we can step in and help. Early involvement gives the best result, but we adapt to where you are.

Our hempcrete-based buildings are designed for performance from day one: energy efficient, moisture regulating, non-toxic and built to last. From compact homes and villas to larger residential and commercial projects, we tailor each solution to your site, budget and ambitions.

Our own prefab production enables competitive pricing. We deliver across the Nordics and most of Europe.

Refurbishing & Insulation

We develop and deliver hemp-based insulation systems for the renovation and upgrading of existing buildings. Our solutions improve energy performance, indoor climate and long-term durability while preserving the existing structure.

Why hempcrete for renovation

Hempcrete is particularly suited for retrofit applications due to its breathable and moisture-regulating properties. Instead of creating a sealed construction, hempcrete allows the building to regulate moisture naturally — reducing the risk of condensation, mold and long-term moisture-related damage.

Spray application

Hempcrete is applied using spray technology, enabling efficient installation and full coverage, even in complex or irregular structures. The spray application allows the material to adapt to existing surfaces, filling cavities and creating a continuous insulation layer without gaps.

Key benefits

  • Improved indoor climate and air quality
  • Moisture regulation and reduced risk of damage
  • Increased energy efficiency
  • Compatible with existing structures
  • Durable and low maintenance
